Si comunica che in data 20 marzo 2008, Banca Antonveneta S.p.A. ha inviato alla Banca d'Italia richiesta di nulla osta al rimborso anticipato del prestito in oggetto emesso sull’euromercato il 23 aprile 2003 e quotato presso la Borsa di Lussemburgo.
Subordinatamente al ricevimento dell'autorizzazione da parte della Banca d'Italia, Banca Antonveneta S.p.A. procederà al rimborso anticipato del prestito, secondo le modalità stabilite nel regolamento del prestito.

Please be advised that on 20 March 2008, Banca Antonveneta S.p.A. requested authorisation from the Bank of Italy for the early redemption of the notes in question issued on the Euromarket 23 April 2003 and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Provided authorisation is received from the Bank of Italy, Banca Antonveneta S.p.A. will undertake early redemption of the notes, in accordance with the provisions contained in the terms and conditions of the notes.
